It looks like the best big in 2010 for the Knicks is Chris Bosh. Donnie Walsh has stated that he is looking for players that can play both ends of the court. Most importantly Walsh is looking for more players that can create their own shot. Chris Bosh fits the bill. As much as Chris Bosh said he wants to stay in Toronto I don’t buy it. This season you could see the frustration on Bosh’s face and also the fans in Canada are tired of this marriage that has gone bad. It’s time for Chris Bosh to have a change of scenery. What other place would be good enough for Bosh to start all over again than playing in the Mike D’Antoni’s system in New York? Vince Carter revitalized his career by leaving Toronto and so can Chris Bosh.Chris Bosh flat out gets the job done whether it is on the offensive end or defensive end of the court. On the offensive end he can post up on the low box or the high post. Bosh ability to go left makes it hard for anyone to guard him in single coverage. He also has an arsenal of moves from his spin move off the dribble to his fade-away jump shot. It’s rare when you see a man of his height have the ability to take his man off the dribble and pull up for a nice jump shot. Bosh has all these skills. Plus his passing ability out of the post is excellent from feeding cutters to the basket, or finding the open man from off the double team. From mid-range Bosh can knock down the shot down just as good as anyone. On any given night Chris Bosh can drop 30 points and get 10 plus rebounds. On the defensive end Bosh can block shots which will make Knicks opponents hesitate when driving to the lane. Not only that, but Bosh has the ability to play solid one-on-on defense as well as help defense. Remember this is the same guy that works out with Kurt Thomas in the offseason. Last season Chris Bosh averaged 22 points,10 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. Chris Bosh on the Knicks would give the Knicks something the Knicks need more of, and that is a player that can play both ends of the court and young star in the making. The Knicks are stack with role players it is time to get a franchise player. Tags:
