 Here are the details:

  • Fans can participate in the competition by uploading videos through Monday, August 16, 2010 on www.NBA.com/dunk.
  • Two qualifiers will be selected from the online entries and the competition will culminate at NBA All-Star 2011 in Los Angeles, Calif. when four finalists will compete for the Sprite Slam Dunk Showdown crown with James on hand to judge.
  • The winner will receive a grand prize of $10,000 and attend the Sprite Slam Dunk contest at STAPLES Center during NBA All-Star Saturday Night on Feb. 19, 2011.
